Click Register and input your commonly used email address or mobile phone number as the user name, and set your password; Your user name and password are required in case of change in your personal information online later.

Your refund application, if any, must be submitted before 24: 00 on February 23, 2019, and no refund will be acceptable after the deadline. Refund will be made through the original payment route.

3. Completion of the participation information

After the payment is made successfully, please click Submit Invoice Information, and fill in the invoice information for our issuance of the invoice for you. The invoice will be issued at the site. (Note: more than one attendees may be added, and each attendee shall submit respective invoice information separately) 

 

4. Change of attendees 

If the original registered attendees is unable to attend the Conference for some reason, she/he may apply for change in registration of attendee by sending the new attendee's corresponding information to hbjkypx@163.com via email with the subject "Change of the Attendee".

 

The email message must contain the following information: 

(1) The original order number and the name of the original attendee;
(2) Personal information of new attendee: name, gender, appellation, affiliation, email, mobile phone number (each, required); 

 

The application for change in attendee shall be conditional on the following:

(1) The original attendee has completed online registration and her/his order status is "paid"; 
(2) The new attendee and the original conferee belong to the same entity and share the same invoice information; 

 

5. Refund 

Any refund application must be submitted before 24: 00 on February 23, 2019, and no refund will be acceptable after the deadline. Refund will be made through the original payment route. Refund application is submitted to hbjkypx@163.com with the subject of "Refund Application"

 

The email message must contain the following information: 

Order number, name of attendee, affiliation, email, mobile phone number and refund amount (each, required).
